Each time a new template is created or imported the sections are stored in the section library.
Providing the user has permission they can edit sections directly within the library, these master copy sections can then be linked to other templates or documents.
Any user who has a user group which has minimum edit permission on the Section library can edit sections, save them as draft or final and make them available. They can also perform a batch status update to make ALL sections currently under construction available.
To access the Section library link the link in the main menu.
