If you send the same messaging over and over again you can save time by adding default messages.

To do this click the Standard messages link from the Administration menu.

Click the Add a new message link and enter the message body.

 

Click Save changes the message will be saved.

You can click the Delete link to remove the message.

 

 

The messages will show in the messenger and available for selection.
