When you create an inspection it is stored in an asset.

Bets pracitce is grouping similar inspections in the same asset for example RTG Crane 1 or QC crane 1 etc.

When you create the asset it will be empty until an inspection is added.

To add a new asset click the Add link.

 

 

 

Complete all relevant fields and click Create item button to create the inspection item.

 

 

Once the asset has been created you can complete the category parameters on the next screen, any parameter with an asterix (*) are mandatory and need to be completed before you can save the asset.

 

 

Once the asset has been created you will be redirected to the asset overview screen.

Here you can set the roles or create an inspecton document from scratch.

 

 

The blank asset will be created and show in the list.

You can view inspections after they are added by clicking the asset name.

If an alert icon shows next to the last edited date then the asset contains incomplete inspections.

If no alert icon shows all inspections are complete or the asset does not contain any inspections.
