iTech allows you to create your own custom reports either by requesting a report from Remy support or for the more adventurous administrators using the Telerik reports designer tool.
To add a custom report (only trdx file extensions are compatible) click the Custom reports sub menu under the Administration main menu.
Upload your report and enter a description.
Once the report has been uploaded click the settings icon to configure user access. You can select any user in the system and only they will see the report.
Select the business unit and the user, if you select the business unit every user in that unit will see the report.
After selecting the units or individual users click the Update button to save the settings.
The report will then be availabe from the Reports main menu.
To delete the report click the Delete icon.
To download the report click the Download icon. The report will be downloaded in TRDX format.
