The system maintains a record of user activity. You can either view ALL logs for everybody in the business unit by clicking the Show user logs link or you can view individual user logs by clicking the logs icon next to the users name.

 

 

Each user's activity can be viewed for any specified period of time, by selecting a start and end date.

Then click on search and the system will give you a list of activities performed by the selected user during the period of time specified.

If you leave the end date blank the system will search until the current date.
