1.4.1.1. Diagnostic logic
Rules:
1. if the output is good (or all outputs), then the component and all its inputs are good.
2. if the output is bad (or at least one if multiple outputs), and all the inputs are good, then the component is bad.
This is the basis on which iTech works.
